1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and free of stains, deodorant, makeup, or perfume.

In their original packaging with all tags and protective liners attached.

Accompanied by the order receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

Worn shapewear, undergarments, or bodysuits.

Customized or altered bridal garments.

Clearance or final-sale items.
3. Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, please request an exchange.

Exchanges are subject to availability. If your preferred size/color is not available, we will issue store credit.
4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

We will cover return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund.
6. Store Credit Option
Customers may opt for store credit instead of a refund. Store credit never expires and can be used for any future purchase.

1. In-Store Pickup (Recommended – Free)
We highly recommend choosing in-store pickup at our Kenilworth, NJ location.

You’ll have the chance to try everything together to ensure a perfect fit before your big day.

How it works:

Select In-Store Pickup at checkout.

You’ll receive an email confirmation when your order is ready.

Pick up at our studio during business hours. Please bring your confirmation email and ID.
2. Direct Home Shipping
If you prefer, we also offer direct shipping to your home.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Standard delivery within the continental U.S. takes 5–7 business days.

Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
